An extra chunky blend of Rare Wool and recycled fibers for creating art batts, rolags, and blends to spin into yarn for knitting, weaving, crochet, felting, and fiber art. A little can go a long way! Each bag is subtly different due to the size of the texture and nuance in the dyed bits.

In this handcrafted LIMITED EDITION blend you'll find:

  • WOOL-MALLOWS: Random fine, medium, and rare wool top, roving, and sliver from my deep stash that create a fuzzy texture when carded and spun and that holds onto tiny texture like wool and cotton nepps to make spinning texture easier with minimal fall out. Includes mohair.
  • WOOL NEPPS: Dyed tiny balls of recycled wool that love to be blended with mohair or other longwool fibers. Wool Nepps create a whimsical bumpy polka dot texture like tiny gumballs.
  • BAMBOO: Lustrous locks of virgin bamboo that feels like silk! This fiber stays cool when worn next to the skin, and is one of my favorites. It is very easy to work with in carding and spinning. This bamboo fiber is a byproduct of the textile industry. It is zero-waste and sourced locally.
  • RECYCLED THREADS.
  • COTTON NEPPS: Dyed flecks of recycled cotton that are happy to be blended with anything and create a soft polka dot texture like an impressionistic painting.
  • SPARKLE: Rare gold iris crimp angelina sparkle for an extra dimension of glitz!
